“Honourable Justice Nichols, Supreme Court of Victoria, made orders for a hearing on the future conduct of the proceedings on a date to be fixed after 16 May 2022”.
I am presuming that Nichols will declare on the 16th whether the case (or part thereof) has relevance and will continue to hear the case? Is this correct? What do we expect on the 16th?
