Agree. As I have said before you are crazy to hold this stock, lost over a billion dollars, written down their
US investment by more than 500 million. Is their US investment worth less now than what they owe on it and is it still falling (house prices are predicted to drop in US by upto 20-30 % over next 2 years will the same happen to
shopping centres). This company might not make any money
for the next few years and they might not even be able to
sell their shopping centres to reduce their debt because
they are not worth enough.
