I took, as you might of gathered, a different view.

In the short term this is a risky propositioned given the current climate, but I have no doubt that in the long run, provided all the Chinese ducks are lined up, that it will be a winner.

The timing may not be right for a merger/IPO therefore is it in the best interest of shareholders. Is that what the market is saying or is it just low volume scared holders cashing in.

Which begs the question what happens to SP if there is a delay in the merger.
