Beach has taken this on board, and we shareholders have come to realise that keeping on doing the same old same old in the Cooper Basin will never lift the SP or get it out of the manipulated swings. The advent of shale gas exploration, Egyptian production and Tanzanian exploration will force the SP upwards.
I wonder if Beach management has considered a share restructuring, say 1 new for 2 old to break the grip of the bots? After all although the directors are very highly paid, they also own shares as well, and if they are true business men why would they be happy to see one part of their assets not showing a profit.
