    This is what the classics call a "non sequitur".

    A year ago the Simonds family held nearly 30%. By your logic, given that, the "market should have had confidence in SIO". At that point the sp was over $1.50. If you'd bought in then (because you "should have confidence"!) you'd by now have lost about 87% of your money. Hmmm, great thinking.
