I have done a bit of research and it is really surprise to me that sp went from $1.5 to 20c. Not just simonds family hold 37% , ioof holdings hold nearly 9%.
Gary simonds could potentially TO the cover with fraction of the money he raised from ipo. BAA itself worth at least $30mil if not more.
Tempting to buy @19c.
