I'm fine with my choice of profession, I guess Simonds is similar to a multitude of companies i have invested in, picking the bottom isnt always easy. I don't have to pick the bottom i just have to pick a point where the company is under valued. The same thing was said to me when I advised people to buy NCM at $10 and it dropped lower than that ($7), but i guess because they never went up again my advice was bad right, o wait they are over $20 a share. I can list company a after company i have advised people to invest in which have had their ups and downs. i can give you a short list off the top of my head:
BLD, NCM, TBR, SPO, SGH, JBH, MCR, CMI, WES, FMG, CSL, CCL, AMC
i could go on but hey I obviously have no idea what i'm talking about
