One of thing that I am very confuse is why Australians always said the property market in Australia is overpriced? People screaming when property price up 10%. Omg bubble is coming .
I live in china, Hong Kong, Singapore and malaysia. When you look at property price in these countries they are much way way overpriced . And yet people in these countries are all well handle these. In japan it took 2 generation to buy a property .
It is very lucky in Australia that in some part of the western melbourne you can purchase a house and land package for $300-400k just 1 h away from city.
All in all the biggest worry in Australia is those political backstabbing rather than property market.
