Agreed . Copia is selling , still got 2-3 mil , but hard to predict bottom.
That's why I divided the amount of shares I wish to buy into 3 parcels.
Bought in @18c. Next parcel I will buy @14c follow by 10c if I am lucky the sp hit that.
Even though after purchase these 3 parcel (I don't think it will hit 10c), sio will only represent 5% of my portfolio. I am in for long. Simonds home can survive for 60 years ( housing cycle up and down) there is a reason .
Yes i am down $1k now but I am sleeping well at night holding sio shares.
