Thanks for the heads up on this one, looks like a good candidate for my super fund as i like to purchase what i would call a revenue stream and this seems to fit that bill.
On the subject of interest from mining companies it is basically just spurred by the possible resource tax.
They can own the transport asset and overcharge themselves so as to minimise the tax they pay on mining activities and move that money into a much more favourable tax environment.
Any big mining company with a good balance sheet would be doing thier shareholders a huge disservice if they didn't seriously consider these kind of options.
From a price perspective i would basically consider entry around current levels for my super fund, but i wouldn't enter unless there was a pullback to under $1.30 for a cfd position.
Definitely worthy of a long term buy rating for me.
Just have to wait for enough cash buildup in my super fund to make a purchase of this one, i wouldn't want to pay over $1.50 for this one atm as there are some other opportunities available for good cashflow stocks available.
