No follow through in the spike up in price so looks like price may settle back. Hopefully it holds above $1.40 and then resumes a long and steady climb based on improving fundamentals, although a few more spikes like the last one won't hurt either as it tends to attract market attention to the stock and suggest some solid buy side pressure to support the uptrend.
