The SP is up over $7 for the first time since it went ex div on 9 Feb.
According to an article in The Age Business Day today titled "Call for ACCC to Explain Tabcorp Backdown" the ACCC will take no further action following an investigation it conducted into certain allegations regarding TAH's conduct over a $20mill payment that TAH had allegedly offered to Clubs Victoria. Is the SP gain due to the ACCC decision? Can anyone offer any other reason for the SP gain? IMO TAH is trading at a very low PE.
