RTM in Australia will not start trading where London left off. Separate markets. However, Australia will most definitely be affected by London. However, Australia holds much more RTM than in London.

Australia will be most affected by the announcement more than London, but it will indirectly assist this speculative pre order price along with overseas markets in general.
