A broker, or bigger investor that has a few hundred thousand, or a few million sitting around diversifying into different stocks would probably, just for convenience's sake so it is easy to make their number match up, buy nice round numbers. 5000 shares here, 15000 there, 25000 thousand that way, then by "coincidence" somebody on the other side is selling 4 packs of 10000 shares and a order for 5000.
Now perhaps you could just put that down to everybody buying easy numbers rounded into tens, could be totally possible and I am just paranoid. However, when you look at some other stocks, you will find that this is not occurring nearly as much.

However, I could be entirely wrong and am also waiting patiently for some news and am just wildly speculating paranoid. There is some short interest here though, and you need to have some cash to short and in turn can play around with the share price.
