guys, pershing is just a clearing house for plenty of broking houses. so when pershing is buying, it could be any number of brokers. basically ASIC increased the capital requirements for brokerages to have in the bank, in excess of 10m I think, so now most brokers just clear through them which minimizes their capital requirements. most small - mid brokers use pershing
