Campbell does indicate they plan to sell the entire unit in one transaction, hence a float does not seem to be an option. Perhaps if TZL does buy the business, TXT may participate in the NASDAQ float.
Its interesting to note that TXT has been closing and consolidating a number of TFS units in the US over the years ie Rockford and Greenville. This certainly would be a pleasing aspect to any buyer i.e not buying underperforming assets as well as not having to deal with employee retrenchment packages.
