I would say that AMN is currently the best WA SOP project on paper.
It is the 5th least de-risked after KLL, APC, SO4 and RWD on the basis of approvals though APC could be facing some NT headwinds. On a technical risk basis I would rate them higher than at least one of the projects close to completion.
They currently have the largest reserve but possibly not for long.
It is far from certain they will keep their best on paper position (consistent with RWD letting the project go).
