I suspect that a lot of the gain in PDN on the Toronto exchange is insto buying, now that the forced selldown has apparently finished.
Most of this was heavy and prolonged shorting by Tricom here on the ASX - see articles in yesterday's Australian newspaper about how it all worked.
But Paladin was one of the stocks they had to sell down in huge numbers. This has now apparently finished, and every broker and analyst report on PDN has it as a BUY. So now they are.....
Good stuff - will it get back up to the target range that most of these analysts have - i.e. between $7.70 and $9.50 ?
Would be nice...!
