The reality at the moment for investors is a lack of yield. Where do we get a decent return? Which sector? DOW & ASX getting hit hard, Asian markets on a down, commodities probably going sideways at best for a while, Bonds overcooked, no return on cash, property overcooked.
Precious metals? This gold rally probably has some more upside, I think maybe to 1200-1250, then needs to lift through there. The risk for those here wearing the "world is gonna end, 2008 all over again " hats is that falls in the DOW and ASX may attract back investors if the correction is significant enough, and coincides with the gold rally finishing. Some gold stocks do look bullish at the moment on charts.
