I think that graph on costs for Shale producers in the US is not an AISC at all, from my experience that is too cheap and some companies don't include the costs of transport either. Anyway of little import really.
I think a lot of the N.American shalers would be just using the previously drilled wells to keep going.
The problem is the massive debt and junk bonds in the energy industry in the U.S.
Anyway its a wonder somebody hasn't moderated this oil conversation.
