Really you think financial misappropriation and insider trading is rare. I don't think so, what is rare is any body doing anything about it and the regulator does not have the funding in Australia to chase any of the because it is difficult to prove.

For proof I offer all the financial investments gone awry with the banks and the all the banks caught involved in illegal activities like money laundering, rigging most markets, rigging the gold fix, Libor, Forex etc etc.
