You are quite right with investment property. The property you buy are used generally speaking as collateral for your interest only loans. As you increase your negative gearing you could continue to expand your portfolio assets but there is no free lunch. If you can't afford the negative gearing then don't think there is a 'free lunch'. This type of strategy is just building yourself into bankruptcy if you don't time it accurately, no different to margin loan into the stock market.

I think you are suffering from paranoia, a very easy personality disorder to have if you keep reading conspiracies and believe in the Armageddon syndrome. What are you going to do with all that fiat surplus you have accumulated?
