It seems "capitalism" per se is just a Ponzi scheme. In fact, when you think about it, "humanity" itself is the ultimate Ponzi scheme!!
As you correctly point out, all resources that support on-going humanity are restricted so, due to human greed, both humanity and capitalism will ultimately fail.
BUT...the Americans (who else!) have conjured up "QE" in order to keep the capitalism Ponzi scheme alive...maybe they can also come up with a QE scheme for humanity....
