Yes Greece has no money left, just enough to keep the politicians and the police payed I would imagine.
You have to pay the police and the military or they will end up in a coup and of course the polies will pay themselves. They have already taken the countries super annuation and stripped all government departments of any cash. The only money left to them is the money in the Greek banks.
If the ECB/IMF kick this can down the road the money in the banks is toast. Money has been pouring out of the Greek banks in the billions over the last 6 months and I would imagine the only people who have money in those banks are the workers who don't have the option of moving their money out of the country.
