This has happened before, is happening now and will happen again. When I was in the banking sector before the fed met whilst the market speculated on tapering and liquidity banking stocks retreated. After the meeting banking stocks gained momentum. Now is no different. There is not any reason yet to hold gold other than buying at a bargain. I will say that with all the nose rubbing posters tend to lose their patience, which is an absolute must have in the resources sector. My back bone looks forward to the market speculating on rates and destruction whilst the fed is yet to meet. This hasnt happened yet because we are still in a zero rate environment. However, on thursday morning, hesitation by the fed will see gold rebound momentarily. It has happened before and it will happen again. I have dejavu.
