When I said before that the shares would be 10c in the event of a total loss in the court case it was on the basis that they would become just another company with a project without funding, I was not suggesting we sell for 25m usd that project because the beauty of it is the first 200m of payout in the court case creates a fully funded mine with ebitda of 100m usd at $18 silver , the company with a funded mine would then be worth usd 500m plus, so ~I would expect a 750m payout to pay out 500m usd cash special div and leave a company with a funded mine and market cap of 500m usd , so a total value close to $10 aud a share , I think that probability is 60%+ so my weighted expectation is the shares are worth 10x the current price ...
