The Shandong share placement changes many things about FML, including the desirability of a share consolidation in the relatively near term. Once the cash is put to work and results start to flow, an increase in institutional interest is much more likely with a consolidation and a share price north of $1.
Much of what happened at FML prior to December 2012 is now almost irrelevant and consigned to history. Management decisions and planning were always constrained by the problem of limited working capital.
