Pretty solid acquisition on reading the announcement, 424,000 non-JORC gold ounces, even at 20% recovery after accounting for costs of mining etc. still worth at least $84m and thats assuming a gold price of AUD$1,000
Given that there are only 34m shares on issue, that is a price of at least $2.50....
