    Don't know who'll get what or when it will happen (two more weeks? lol) but the state gov's tax end is the 2.75% gross royalty on mining. The successful tender's current profitability shouldn't matter, and if it did, the company profits are taxed by the commonwealth anyway.

    There is a full list of the selection criteria available on the tender website.
