Yes thats correct. I got email from David Frances on 10/2 and he explained that the Australian market did not care about the size of resource that DKO have hence the possibility of dual listing. The Europeans respond favouably to his "story telling". He also mentioned that they are at a stage where multiple announcements will be due such as resource statement, met work and scoping study.
