Gold in $US the big winner overnight. However with tariffs focused on China now, I think the $Au is going to tank to about US 50c fairly soon, see repeat of pattern around 2000/01 in the chart below, leading to a good environment for Aussie goldies. Markets other than gold tanked again last night.
