Not at all surprised to see a pull back in POG - it may even go lower. But if many gold experts are right we will see POG go a lot lot higher after this pullback.
Seen a number of articles and podcasts saying the share market is not pricing in a recession. But lots of experts are suggesting a be is coming in the US most probably in the September quarter 2025. An article in the AFR called the sharemarket rise 'bonkers' - echoes my view - see headline below and the key para from the article.
Lots of poor economic data out in US in last few days - lots more claims for unemployment, negative GDP in March quarter, higher inflation, etc and that's before the tariff impacts are really felt.
