On the macro front. I attribute some of the short term loss of steam in the gold price last week to trump's hypebole about Great deals, and tweets from his think tank toilet, about maybe reducing to 80% (still ridiculous) tariffs on China. As anticipated, the talks with China are unlikely to be very productive. And the impact of supply shortages in the U.S. are very close now that fully tariffed and half empty containers are being unloaded in U.S. ports. More chaos ahead.
