It will be a false prospectus without ALL the drilling results, and it really should have had a feasibility study, IRR etc.
I'll keep voting NO till I believe RMS could make a better job of it. As someone said nothing to lose by voting no with it becoming an offer automatically. Might just provide the time for a better offer to come in? Also I think an offer for SPR alone might be better than for the merged companies.
