if yes wins, merger proceeds, if no wins then Ramelius offer to buy our shares at the same ratio and same cash as in the merger anyway. That's my understanding, takes longer and someone else might offer more I suppose.
Clearly part of the merger agreement is that our directors don't encourage a better offer, that's a shame but two have been offered a role in the merged company.
