B, I'm a holder of both. While I understand ur concerns, this deal will go ahead. Of that, I have no doubt. I hold both, and just makes great sense. SPL might have the resources, but RMS has the cash. Let's see what the RMS balance sheet looks like at the end of June. I'm tipping mind blowing. It's a great marriage. Sometimes, people just get bloody greedy. If this doesn't go ahead, the SPR s/p will tank. Given the blocking stake that RMS own, there will be no other offer, IMO. The potential marriage, so far, has seen SPR GO NUTS. Be grateful, and inciteful. The merged co has the potential to be a beast. GLTA
