Realestate market in the US collapsed before 2008 , PEs are not overly high for US companies on a historic basis, the counter argument is how around $40 trillion in debt can be paid back I guess . Personally not worried about it as by pass the risk with high grade insitu gold that T notes or T bonds have if their was a US debt default imho
