Yes, found and read the article. Been aware of this for a while and is why I own Gold, Silver, Oil stocks (not silver mines SVL fortunately) mainly with a little base metal stocks amongst them. It is clear Gold, Silver and oil are going much higher and the US dollar going down. From an economic viewpoint the weaponisation of the financial system was not the brightest idea. The insatiable appetites for pollies to please the people by giving them lollypops is extreme. The pollies (on both sides of government) are only interested in retaining power, only interested in themselves like everyone else is only interested in themselves in the West. There is no community anymore, no one cares about the other person.
The West believes capitalism and democracy is the answer and while yes, it is the lessor of evils, it is still an ideology, and like everything else will at some point collapse. It's crumbling and China, Russia and Iran know it, they are just waiting.
