Yes more relevant to general sentiment of the mining sector , would be a good time for overseas companies to pounce on Australian explorer/ mining companies in general .
I see it more relevant to some of the microcaps that have large Cu porphyry deposits with Au credits which have insitu copper valued at cc US$70.00 a tonne when it is trading at around US$8000 a tonne on the LME
Hard to get that multiple uplift in the pure gold explorer sector
