The Tembo royalty was locked in as part of the Feb 23 recap to save GCY going down the toilet. Delphi also managed to clip a royalty for conversion of its paltry $2.5m loan subject to shareholder approval, which the clever board defiantly recommended was in the best interest of shareholders despite all the resistance. Most of those clever board members have now left the company with all their shares, performance rights and royalties to live happily ever after.
