Agree with all your comments. Have being doing lots of research into gold and silver. Most precious metals experts are tipping silver to significantly out perform gold. Silver has a huge deficit between demand and supply (like about 20%-25%) and the deficit has been high for the last few years and will probably increase a lot - silver price has not moved much since the deficit has been made up from physical silver ETFs selling and delivering silver (probably other sources as well) but that can only continue for so long - silver has amazing fundamental price drivers.
