Good points Calm. I picked up on the over hype part listening to SXG's managing director, Michael Hudson. The nuggety gold disseminated in multiple veins does pose difficulties, including accurate grade calculations. SXG hype frequently includes comparison of their deposit with Fosterville. Lassonde also made this comparison, as well as speculate on a potential TO by Fosterville owners, Agnico. I made an initial small entry into SXG a few weeks ago without doing much DD. I've intended to follow up with a bit more reading, but haven't found the time yet. I've toyed with the idea of increasing my holding, but held back until I've had time to look into it more. I appreciate your insights.
On another note, I've started watching a series of videos on Australia's geology, mostly gold focused, presented in an entertaining and easily followed style by OzGeology. I'll put a link below for anyone interested.
