Gold had a good week with price up almost $A150 and $US50. Price about $A4,375 - if SPR has an AISC of $1,400 we are heading close to a $3,000 margin - production of 200k Oz or 250k Oz pa gives cash flow of $600m or $750m before tax and other expenses which is close to a net profit of say at least $350m or $450m - if it was priced on a PE of 10 we are looking at a MC of 50% to 100% higher than current MC.
