A young adult during the 2008 GFC.
I was lucky to have been in a good position during the covid crisis and made enough to essentially set myself up for life.
I have already converted my super to cash and sold a lot of my spartan shares Friday and then more this morning as I saw the decline in the US markets. They seem like they are teetering on the edge.
Long term I see gold as a safe investment and Spartan will do well. Im just not in a position to sit through it and hope for the best.
Originally I was just asking what the chart meant not its larger significance, but I appreciate the voice of reason on a thread that seems eternally optimistic.
Those that are calm before the cyclone are the ones who have done the preparation work early.
