So how are you going to get production out of Never Never without first having a decline/adit dug out to get to Never Never which they are currently doing .
Once they get to NN they can then add another Jumbo ( or 2) for production drive development (if sufficient ventilation for bogging out) but it is literally impossible to do that before hand ,
