One would assume the mill is already having it's alterations done, can't recall what they said in the announcements, but once this is on ore it will all easily be cranked into production. The decline would have hit ore and have some being stock piled for a restart already I would also assume.
It's close you are all just going to have to be a little more patient. Won't take long for a few months to roll around.
