L1 states gold stocks are selling at a 0.7*NAV at a POG $US2,300 and at 0.5*NAV POG $US2,900 so if Macquarie's POG of $US3,500 is reached (their target for Q3 2025) then at current stock prices they are at probably around 0.3*NAV - ie if gold stocks were priced at 1*NAV at a POG of $US3,500 then gold stock prices would triple! That is massive upside and shows how undervalued gold stocks are - plus in a true bull market for gold and gold stocks gold stocks usually end up selling over 1*NAV.
