Platinum is being used as a way to speculate on the outcome of the Detroit bailout, really its just bouncing around between $800 and $850. Looking forward to that being resolved so it can trade on fundamentals again. Also will be interesting to see what happens with its upcoming appointment with the 50 day moving average.
