A couple of my favourites are in your list - CSM and AUO. I also like HIG - PNG risk overstated probably.
I think the problem with picking "value" stocks is you may have to wait some time to collect. My impression is that a lot of people on this forum are short-term traders - and not really looking for this 2 year gains.
Is that correct?
