fallguy...... get commodity out of yor head and start thinking "store of value", "means of exchange" etc. The Islamic Dinnar comes into use mid-year, some kind of re-monetisation of Gold can not be far away after that, especially the way world political alliances are coalescing at the moment.
So start factoring in "investment demand" and forget about the commodisation of gold that was attempted over the last two decades or so. Gold is and will return to being MONEY.
